  • Remember, this is Part 1 of the Tax Tailor and includes 2 calls. The Diagnosis Call & the Strategy Call
  • You will have now received the invitation in your emails for the first call (“Diagnosis Call”).
  • Please check to ensure you have the time marked in your calendar and that you have the link to join the video call meeting.
  • During the end of your Diagnosis Call if it is clear you booked by mistake or do not fulfil our Customer Criteria, you will be asked if you would like to step out of the process and we will refund you 100% of your purchase.
  • If you decide to continue the process and revoke your right to a refund, at the end of your Diagnosis Call you will be given forms to complete.
  • After completing the forms, you will send them to us and we will forward them to our strategists. After they accept your case and confirm your customer fit, you will be given access to the Calendar Booking to reserve a slot for your Strategy Call.

For the Diagnosis Call

Here’s what to Expect

  • This will be primarily a Data Collection call where we will ask you extensive detail regarding your:
    • Nationality/Passport history
    • Income for this year and expected for next years
    • Total Cash – Please be prepared with information such as approximate bank account amounts and location.
    • Total Investments – Please be prepared with Both Public and Private Portfolio information and where it is located
    • Real Estate – Please be prepared with location, purchase date, purchase price & current market value.
    • Clear intentions for your life and priorities including why you are consulting with us and what freedoms you are hoping to achieve.
    • Where you currently live/spend your time
    • If planning/open to relocate, what countries/regions you are interested in or what qualities matter to you.
    • Any involved family members and/or business partners and their relevant passports, financial income & assets.
    • Business/Work Activity – Please have prepared what your business activity is, where the work is undertaken, how many employees there are and where, where your clients are, how they pay you, and what legal entities/companies are involved in your structure.
  • Please be truthful & complete in your answers – Even if you have legal skeletons in your closet, it is better for us to know so that we can prepare for them rather than prepare a pathway that won’t end up working because of an issue you did not inform us about.

Here’s what not to Expect

  • Do not expect any solutions and/or suggestions for your situation. The person on this call is purely there to gather data to prepare for your strategist so they may conduct research on what is the best path for you.
  • We will reject making any false expectations in the Diagnosis call that has not been checked first for your particular situation. We do not want say anything in the Diagnosis call first to induce any wishful thinking for something that does not turn out to work for your case after the Strategist conducts their research. This is why we reserve potential solutions to only be discussed in the Strategy Call.

For the Strategy Call

Here’s what to Expect

  • This call will focus on painting out the future of the best pathways to improve your situation and help achieve your desired outcome.
  • They will go over and discuss the approximate roadmap or key issues that will need to be tackled in order to achieve the best legal setup possible to optimise both your financial and legal freedom.
  • This will be the first call with your strategist so they may ask additional or confirmatory questions to help better understand your situation.
  • After the call, you will receive a written email summary of the calls discussion points and their suggestion of the pathways to move forward if you qualify as a clear candidate for Part 2 of Setup Implementation or a Global Tax Strategy Report.
  • If you decide to move on to Part 2, there will be further calls between you and your Strategist as you work together to bring details from planning to reality.

Here’s what not to Expect

  • Do not expect any full legally actionable blueprint. With the preparatory work and 30 minutes of time on the call, it is often impossible to go into full depth with an entire actionable step-by-step written out plan. This call is to give you an understanding of what the key pathways are which are open to you to and to qualify you as a candidate to work together to achieve those goals.
  • After you receive the summary email after your Strategy call, you are allowed one response email through which you may ask clarification questions regarding the roadmap or setup implementation next steps and your strategist will answer.
  • Each additional email you send asking further questions without contracting clear services for Part 2 will be charged €150 per email. This is ensure your emails are concise with your questions and to not bombard our strategist with unnecessary emails without clear intention to work with us.

  • You will be truthful and complete in your answers to questions we ask you.
  • You will be polite and act with common sense and a cooperative mindset.

How to Get Banned from Our Services

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bad manners. If you are rude or act distastefully towards our team members, you will be denied our services and our collaboration with each other will end.
